Enhancing the satisfaction of our customers in various business sector.

We have more than 30++ years of maintenance service experience for all commercial and domestic refrigerators, air conditioners system ,walk in cold-room system & commercial professional kitchen equipment.

Apart from being the pioneer in maintenance service job ,we aslo provide professional new installations of air conditioner ,walk in cold room (chiller or freezer) & commercial kitchen exhaust & fresh air ducting hood system.

Nevertheless we do supplies professional spare part & tools for the air-conditioning & refrigeration / cold-room system & commercial kitchen equipment spare parts such as industry burner , oven & food processing machinery parts.

We have another business segment with a modern Showroom ,specializes in the selling of commercial kitchen equipment such as (supermarket or industry kitchen range) chillers & freezers, industry bakery pastry oven & mixer ,industry food process machinery ,commercial kitchen stainless steel fabrication and kitchen electrical appliances.which meet the needs of the food industry community, especially in Tawau ,Semporna, Kunak, Lahad Datu & throughout Sabah Malaysia.
